Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times (after your order has been processed):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic).

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic).

    • International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

  • These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your selected service).

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to USA only

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations (if applicable).

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it to an updated address; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.

Split Shipments

  • In some cases, items in your order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

  • You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change the shipping address, shipping method, or cancel the order.

  • If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
