Order Tracking

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations (if applicable).
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it to an updated address; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
Split Shipments

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change the shipping address, shipping method, or cancel the order.
